BornBound LLC - Lifetime Warranty for Triathlon Products
At BornBound LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our triathlon products come with a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our brand.
Cancellation To comply with EU law, customers from the EU will have the right to cancel an order before the product is fulfilled. To exercise this right the customer must click on the below link and sign in via the options given. The link will take the user through an authentication process to access any purchases made by the customer that are related to the email address entered when the purchase was made, or the customer's account. Lifetime Warranty BornBound products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product during normal use. This warranty covers any issues that arise due to manufacturing defects, ensuring that your product will perform as expected throughout its lifespan.
One-Year Damage Protection In addition to our lifetime warranty, we also offer a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase that covers any form of damage or deterioration, provided it is not intentionally inflicted. This added protection gives you peace of mind, knowing that your investment is safeguarded against unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty Claims and Product Exchange If you encounter a defect or damage covered by our warranties, you are entitled to exchange the product for an identical item or a comparable model at our discretion. To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase. The exchange will be processed at no cost to you, except for postage and handling fees.
RETURNS
We are committed to selling high-quality products and hope you will get hours of enjoyment training and racing in them. However, we also realise that for one reason or another, you may need to exchange or return something you've bought. We don't however send out returns forms with your order, so please download and complete the relevant download, depending upon the country you are returning the item to. BORNBOUND won't accept any items back without a returns form.
BORNBOUND will only accept returned items (for exchange, ill-fitting or change of mind) that are returned in new, fully resale-able condition (undamaged, complete with original tags attached and original packing) within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage). Returned garments must not have been used or worn, apart for when trying on.
UK RETURNS: If you purchased BornBound products from the BornBound UK website (managed by our UK distributor, OCCHIO CC), then please download the returns form and send your products to the UK distributor address below.

REFUNDS
If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in fully re-saleable condition within 30 days for a refund. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded — you will need to pay the return carriage costs.
Card, PayPal and other payment method refunds will be made on the first working day after we have received the item(s) back and pending the condition of the goods returned.
EXCHANGES
We will ship your replacement item(s) to you for free, once we have received the returned goods in new and resalable condition.
